Introduction: 2016 China (Zhejiang) NEEQ Development Conference was held in Hangzhou on Dec. 20th, the conference includes the kicking-off ceremony of the largest-size NEEQ fund in Zhejiang Province. The fund was co-initiated by ZSVC and Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta NEEQ Service Center.
2016 China (Zhejiang) NEEQ Development Conference was grandly held in Hangzhou on Dec. 20th . Deputy Director and Secretary of Part Leading Group of the Standing Committee Zhejiang Province People’s Congress Linsheng Mao, Director-General of China Marketing Association and Professor of Renmin University of China Tiesheng Gao, Director of the Market Development Dept. of National Equities Exchange and Quotations Hao Meng, Member of Standing Committee of Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor Xiaohui Ma, the President and Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute Tao Wang, Secretary of Hangzhou Yuhang District Party Committee Jianping Dai, Deputy Secretary of Hangzhou Yuhang District Party Committee and Deputy District Director Rugen Chen, Director of Hangzhou Financial Office Yuejian Wang and relevant leaders attended and addressed on the conference. Founding Partner and Chairman of ZSVC Yuemeng Chen and Co-founder and Administrative President of ZSVC Yeyu Hua were invited to attend the conference. Approximate one thousand representatives from government agencies, enterprises, securities, investment institutions, medias and other organizations gathered together and discussed the road for the future development of NEEQ focusing on the theme of “capital, aggregation and innovation.

Director-General of China Market Association of Chinese Academy of Social Science and Professor of Renmin University of China Tiesheng Gao, Chief Economist of Yinhe Securities Xiangdong Pan, Director of Market Development Dept. Of National Equities Exchange and Quotations Hao Meng and other experts and scholars delivered speech on the themes of “Enhance Brand Value of NEEQ” and “Market Investment Opportunity under Economic Transition” to interpret policies for NEEQ and discuss the macroeconomic trend at present as well as the prospect of NEEQ market development.

The conference included the ceremony for kicking off of largest-scale NEEQ fund in Zhejiang Province. The fund was co-initiated by ZSVC and Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta NEEQ Service Center with total scale of RMB 2 billion Yuan and initial-stage scale of RMB 500 million Yuan. Executive Deputy Director of Hangzhou Yuhang District Zhenwei Zhu and Director of Finance Office of Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government Yuejian Wang, Director of Hangzhou Branch of Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute Xiangrong Shao, Chairman of ZSVC Yuemeng Chen, President of Zheshang Bank Hangzhou Branch Weihua Wang, Vice President of Zhejiang Equity Exchange Center Liangrong Wang and other distinguished guests jointly witnessed the initiation of the fund.

The conference also released Zhejiang NEEQ Index, which was the first regional NEEQ index in China. Co-founder and the Administrative President of ZSVC Yeyu Hua, Deputy Director of Hangzhou Branch of Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute Jiehui Zhang, General Manager of Yangtze River Securities NEEQ Business Dept. Wangming Song, the Chairman of Zhejiang Heaven-sent Industrial Investment and Management Co., Ltd. Gang Xu, Director and General Manager of Qianhai Kaiyuan Fund Management Co., Ltd. Borui Fu and other distinguished guests participated in Zhejiang NEEQ Index Releasing Ceremony. Zhejiang NEEQ Index includes Zhejiang NEEQ component index and Zhejiang NEEQ innovative level index. It will reflect the value and development trend of NEEQ innovative level enterprises and some basic level enterprises that are active in transaction in Zhejiang Province.

ZSVC won the award for 2016 Best Investment Institution on NEEQ List Awarding Ceremony held on the conference. ZSVC has been successively enlisted the first batch NEEQ private placement market making business pilot institutions.

Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government, Zhejiang Province Finance Office and Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute were the guiding units of the conference. Yuhang District People’s Government and Hangzhou Branch of Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute were the co-organizers of the conference. Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta NEEQ Service Center and other institutions were the co-undertakers of the conference. Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta NEEQ Service Center was the first public welfare NEEQ service institution in Yangtze River Delta region initiated and established by Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute upon approval by Zhejiang Province Finance Office.
